Hey fellas, just got this fix from Curt at Stardock Support. Worked for me, hope it works for you.
Try copying the wbocx.ocx file from the Impulse install directory into the SoundPackager one
The file I found was called wbocx32.ocx, but worked all the same. Give it a shot, see if it works for you too.
I'm running Windows 7 Ulimate 64bit and that fix worked for me too.
I can confirm this too! Win7 Premium 64bit,
Hi All
Same issue with regsvr32 when trying to run SoundPackager, tried this and it seems to work now, thanks
Win 7 Pro x64
After the first run Soundpackager stopped working on windows 7 64bit.... If you run it as administrator it works just fine. You can specify to always have it run as administrator so that it has read/write access to the windows sound files otherwise it simply cannot do what it is intended to do. Hope this helps anyone.
Well who would've thought it could be that easy?! I'd struggled with the problem for months. Nothing Stardock Support suggested worked but now, running it as Administrator, it works fine. Simple to set it to always run that way too. Thanks so much for the info!
I tryed everything Stardock told me to do and it still don't work does anybody know how to fix this this is a pain in the a.... I payed for it and it should work I see this problem has been going on for a long time I'm running windows 7 you think they would have it fix by now
